Sell My House
Notify the LMWA board so that they can work with you and your title company. In general, the following are involved when you sell your home:

-
Buyers may have questions about LMWA (billing, water quality, summer watering plan, system description/map, etc.)
They can find that information under the "Information" tab.
-
The title company will want to ensure that the water bills are appropriately paid before closing
This should be coordinated with the Treasurer - Bruce Barker (brucebarker123@hotmail.com)
-
When the closing happens, LMWA will want the contact information of the new owner for billing and notification purposes. This should be sent to the Secretary, Liane Cutforth (lianecutforth@gmail.com)
-
If there are questions that aren't answered by the information on the water association website, please contact Phil Harris (philharrisboulder@gmail.com).

To avoid extra stress for those involved in the sale and the volunteer water board, please make sure that you, your realtor, your buyer and the title company allow for response times that reflect the volunteer status of the board. We would hate for your closing time/date to have to be delayed.
